Hallways aren't air-conditioned, turning them into warm and stuffy spaces. The suite I stayed in had a rock-hard mattress and insufficient power points, making it tricky to charge devices. Wi-Fi often dropped, which can be a hassle for those needing reliable connectivity. Dining experiences seemed inconsistent, with long waits for service and mediocre food quality noted by several guests.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We enjoyed the beautiful sights like the Colosseum and the Vatican. The pool was a nice touch. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient, and they even offered a gluten-free breakfast upon request. Really a perfect spot for quick trips!

The breakfast was okay, they had fresh fruits and a nice coffee machine, pretty decent. My room was good, clean and spacious, just right to unwind after a long trip.
